Unique opportunity for a seasoned senior living professional to lead sales efforts for a 53-bed intimate memory care community in Creve Coeur, one of the best places to live in Missouri.

Successful Sales Directors:

  • Have a strong desire to help improve the lives of others.
  • Are a self-starter with a proven track record of success in a sales environment.
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience helping residents and families choose a senior living community or similar product. 
  • Have experience cultivating business relationships with medical and business-to-business referral partners.

Sales Director’s Responsibilities:

Our sales directors are a vital part of our community and have the unique responsibility of guiding the often-difficult decision of moving an older adult into a memory care community. They understand the important metrics behind building occupancy and can create a unique way to position their products so that prospective residents see the value and benefits of their community. Our sales directors successfully:

  • Lead the sales process from inquiry to move in.
  • Maintain an accurate, and up-to-date database.
  • Assist in developing annual marketing plan, advertising strategy, and department budget.
  • Understand a competitive environment
  • Plans resident referral activities and lead generation events while maintaining a lead database.
  • Have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence (and liability insurance) and can pass a background check.
